摘　　要：根据各个企业参与校企融合的效率,结合公平原则,运用数据包络分析方法对校企融合补贴问题进行研究。通过构建校企融合补贴分配DEA模型,计算各个企业所获得的具体补贴额,将补贴作为一种新的要素投入到校企融合中,对比获得补贴前后的相对效率和整体效率。最后通过示范案例推演验证DEA模型的有效性,为政府校企融合补贴分配提供决策参考。Based on the principle of fairness and a study of the efficiency of enterprises'participation in school-enterprise integration,this paper applies the DEA method in researching the issue regarding the government subsidy for the school-enterprise integration.Through constructing a DEA model of the subsidy distribution,calculating the specific subsidy amount obtained by each enterprise,and taking the subsidy as a new driving force for school-enterprise integration,the relative efficiency and overall efficiency before and after the reception of the subsidy are clearly revealed in this paper.In the concluding part,validity of the DEA model is to be verified through demonstration cases,which provides a good reference for the government's school-enterprise integration subsidy allocation.
