摘　　要：在对教师组织承诺概念进行界定和对教师组织承诺内在结构进行简要论述的基础上,通过问卷调查的方式了解当前安徽省高校教师组织承诺现状,得出的基本结论是:安徽省高校教师整体组织承诺水平仅为一般。为提升安徽省高校教师组织承诺水平,最后提出若干发展建议。On the basis of defining the concept of teachers’organizational commitment and briefly discussing the intrinsic structure of teachers’organizational commitment.By means of questionnaire,it investigates the current situation of College teachers’organizational commitment in Anhui,and draws the basic conclusion that it is only general for the overall level of College teachers’organizational commitment in Anhui Province.At last,it puts forward some suggestions in order to improve the organizational commitment level of university teachers in Anhui.
