摘 要:为了满足新工科建设和集成电路产业对综合科技创新型人才的迫切需求,高等院校新型实验体系重构迫在眉睫。通过整合、优化、更新实验内容,增加虚拟仿真实验平台并加大科研创新实验模块与综合交叉融合实验模块的比重,构建了“四位一体”的高水平实验教学体系。实验教学内容层次递进,实现了科研创新与实验教学、虚拟实验与实践实验、理论课程与实验教学、工程实践与系统实验的四个相融合。实践表明,新实验体系实施后,学生的科技创新能力与综合运用知识解决问题的能力有了大幅地提升。In order to meet the urgent need of new engineering construction and integrated circuit industry for comprehensive scientific and technological innovation talents,the reconstruction of new experimental systems in universities is extremely urgent.By integrating,optimizing and updating the experimental content,increasing the virtual simulation experiment platform and the proportion of scientific research innovation and comprehensive cross-fusion experiment modules,a"four-in-one"experimental system was constructed.It realizes scientific research innovation and experimental teaching,virtual and real,theoretical curriculum and experimental teaching,engineering practice and experimental teaching.Practice shows that the students'ability to innovate in science and technology and comprehensively apply knowledge to solve problems have been greatly improved.Practice shows that after the implementation of the new experimental system,the students'ability of scientific and technological innovation and the ability of comprehensive application of knowledge to solve problems have been greatly improved.
