话语空间与叙事策略——基于云南少数民族医学的研究

摘　　要：叙事医学是诊疗行为的有机组成部分,日益为国内外学术界所瞩目,但针对云南少数民族地区的叙事医学研究很难觅踪,而充分认识和理解跨文化的医学叙事行为对稳固边疆、精准扶贫、现代化知识的普及等均有着重大意义。论文结合空间生产理论和叙事医学理论,主要探讨了以下三个内容:(1)由于民族文化和医学信仰而产生的民族空间性话语、医学话语空间以及医学话语空间的生产机制。(2)在认识空间的基础上,分析了医学叙事行为的三大差异,即跨文化、跨学科和跨文本的差异,并提出与之相应的策略,提出针对性的叙事策略必须以加强对民族地区医学信仰进行了解、查看他们的话语空间为基础,才能提供更加有效的医学叙事空间。(3)论证了空间生产理论的阐释性和叙事医学的价值性。Whereas narrative medicine is an coherent part of diagnosis and treatment that has increasingly been the attention of academic circle, studies aiming at ethnic peoples in Yunnan are rarely found, thereby rendering such studies much significant in social stability in frontier areas, poverty relief for specific purposes, dissemination of modern knowledge.This thesis, by employing concepts from Space Production and Narrative Medicine, is concerned with, firstly, the spatiality within ethic discourse, ethic space of discourse and its mechanism of production arising from their ethic culture and medical beliefs. Secondly, the three spaces in inter-cultures, inter-disciplines and inter-texts are proposed along with their strategic approaches. These spaces are believed to be of great association with their narratives in medical beliefs, and a positive narrative space in medicine would only be produced on the basis of a reasonable perception of such spaces. And finally,interpretative degree of space production, togather with values found in narrative medicine, is demonstrated.
