摘 要:全球化背景影响下,“一带一路”为经济全球化带来新的理念,促进了国家和地区之间的自由贸易进程。国际谈判这个概念在人们心中日趋加深,从而使人们更加注重文化等因素的重要性,因此国际商务谈判目前最主要的方向研究即为各国的文化差异,使其成为热点。自2010年中国—东盟自由贸易区建立以来,给各方参与国提供了发展的契机和无限的商机。因此能否正确了解和处理好国际商务谈判中的跨文化之间的差异,并依此而制定出有效的谈判策略,是商务谈判能否成功的关键。本文以文化因素为切入点,对东南亚国家联盟进行全面分析,研究国际商务谈判在各国不同的文化背景下产生的作用以及应对方式,从而达到跨文化国际商务谈判的互利共赢。In the context of globalization,the‘Belt and Road’initiative has made steady progress,and international economic and trade exchanges between countries and regions have become increasingly frequent.With the deepening of people's understanding of international negotiations,we gradually realize the importance of cultural factors.The research about culture has become a hot spot in international business negotiations.Since the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area in 2010,it has provided the participating countries with unlimited business opportunities.Therefore,whether the cross-cultural differences in international business negotiations can be correctly understood and handledis the key to the success of business negotiations.Based on the cultural background of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN),this paper analyzes the influence and countermeasures of international business negotiations from the perspective of cultural factors,so as to promote the win-win situation in cross-cultural international business negotiations.
