摘 要:洗心子是民国时期有一定影响的内丹家。他的内丹生命哲学思想是既继承前人,又有新的阐释。 洗心子“顺则生人、逆则成仙”论是袭取陈抟《无极图》思想;炼己即炼性论是继承伍守阳的思想。调息凝神论 渊源于伍冲虚、李涵虚的思想,但他说得更通俗易懂。洗心子的炼精化气、炼气化神和炼神还虚次序论未见于 前人之丹经。他提出道学即是声光电化之祖宗。人体是一部活机器;内丹修炼之神就如操作员,气就如电,内 丹修炼的过程就如操作员造电、收电、炼电、藏电等。XI Xinzi was an influential practitioner of the Daoist self-cultivation known as"Inner alchemy"in the period of the Republic of China.His Inner alchemy’s philosophy of life inherits predecessors and has a new interpretation in some parts of the thoughts of Daoist Inner alchemy.XI Xinzi’s theory of"Ren-Dao an Xian-Dao being the contrary relationship"is based on Chen Tuan’s thought of Wu Ji Map.Xi Xinzi’s theory of"Lian Ji being Lian Xing"is to inherit WU Shouyang’s thought XI Xinzi’s theory of regulating of breathing and meditating originates from WU Chongxu’s and LI Hanxu’s thoughts,but what he said is more popular and understandable.Xi Xinzi’s theory of Xing-ming Gong-fu of Inner alchemy has not been found in the previous Inner alchemy scriptures He proposed that Daoism was the ancestor of Science.The human body is a living machine.Shen of Inner alchemy is like an operator,and Qi is like electricity The process of Inner alchemy cultivation is like an operator’s generating electricity,collecting electricity,refining electricity and storing electricity.
