摘　　要：在我国产业集群快速发展形势下,高职院校展开特色专业群的建设,主要围绕行业企业人才需求和学生成长发展需要,进行关联性专业的资源优化整合、硬件设施共享。该文针对高职院校特色专业群建设的不足,提出专业群资源优化整合的基本原则及优化策略,提升高职优势专业的社会竞争力和办学水平。In the context of the rapid development of industrial clusters in China,higher vocational colleges carry out the construction of characteristic specialty groups,mainly focusing on the talent needs of industrial enterprises and the growth and development needs of students,to optimize the integration of related professional resources and share hardware facilities.Aiming at the deficiency of characteristic specialty group construction in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the basic principle and optimization strategy of specialty group resource optimization and integration,so as to improve the social competitiveness and schoolrunning level of superior specialty in higher vocational colleges.
