摘 要:目的采用循证科学的原理和方法,系统梳理我国护士规范化培训具体实施方法及培训质量评估方法,为今后改进和推动护士规范化培训提供依据和思路。方法检索CNKI、维普、万方、CBM数据库及相关政府公告网站,收集有关我国护士规范化培训开展实施及质量评估的文献。结果共纳入文献24篇,E级别的文献比例为79.17%;实施研究层面以科室(30.30%)及带教老师(24.24%)为主,实施方法以集中授课(42.50%)和临床实践(17.50%)为主,考核指标以临床实践能力(23.61%)、理论知识能力(22.22%)和各方满意度(23.61%)为主。结论相关领域研究处于初级阶段,文献数量较少、质量较低。后续研究除关注轮转科室及带教老师培训实施方法外,可增加对于院级培训、省级培训的研究。岗前培训作为规范化培训中重要的组成部分,可单独进行深入研究。选取评估培训质量指标时,在兼顾简洁性和全面性的同时,尽量选取可及性高、客观性强的指标;在选取主观指标时,应给出评分标准,便于后续研究参考和比较;在报告结果时,注意报告信息的完整性。Objective To provide evidence and ideas for improving and promoting nurse standardization training by conducting a systematic review of relevant researches.Methods Four databases as CNKI,VIP,WanFang Dissertation database CBM and relevant government websites were searched to identify relevant Chinese studies of implementation methods and assessment indicators for nurse standardization training.Results In total 24 articles were included,79.17%of them in E level;According to the result,for nurse standardization training,departments(30.30%)and teachers(24.24%)are the main conductors,centralized lectures(42.50%)and clinical practices are the main implementation methods,clinical practice ability(23.61%),theoretical knowledge(22.22%)and satisfaction from each side(23.61%)are the main indicators.Conclusion The number of articles is small and the quality of articles is low,which indicates that the relevant research field is in the basic level.Besides training from departments and teachers,researches could be expended to other conductors such as hospitals and provinces.Pre-job training could be excessively explored as its importance in nurse standardization training.Conciseness,comprehensiveness,accessibility and objectivity should be considered when choosing assessment indicators;subjective indicators should be followed with explanation and guidelines for reference and comparison;information comprehensiveness should be pay attention when reporting the results.
