摘　　要：本文通过对现代学徒制在中职汽车美容与装潢专业人才培养中的现状进行介绍,分析了现代学徒制对该专业人才培养产生的积极影响、存在的问题、未来发展方向,为现代学徒制的进一步推进提供了思路。This paper introduces the current situation of the training of talents majoring in automotive beauty and decoration through modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes its positive influence on the talent training of the major,the existing problems and future development of the model,hoping to provide ideas for the further advancement of modern apprenticeship.
