摘　　要：现代学徒制背景下,高职院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的第一阵地,要充分利用校园文化这一无形根基的隐形教育的功能,将职场文化融入校园文化建设,多元兼容,铸准职场校园文化之魂;立足区域,塑准职场校园文化之形;革故鼎新,聚准职场校园文化之气;突出职业,强准职场校园文化之体,编织“立体化准职场校园文化”。As the first position of cultivating high-quality and highly skilled talents,higher vocational colleges should make full use of the invisible education function of campus culture,under the background of modern apprenticeship.Workplace culture is integrated with the construction of campus culture.The soul of quasi-workplace campus culture is created by multiple compatibilities,the quasi-workplace campus culture is shaped based on the region,the spirit of quasi-workplace campus culture is gathered by innovation and the body of quasi-workplace campus culture is strengthened by emphasizing careers to construct"three-dimensional quasi-workplace campus culture".
