摘　　要：公费定向师范生是未来乡村教育的主力军,未来乡村教育质量将很大程度取决于其培养质量。以衡阳师范学院公费定向师范生化学专业为例子,通过公费定向师范生特征、教师队伍、课程设计等方面分析,对化学专业教育改革提出建议,以期培养高质量公费定向师范生。As the main members of future rural education,Directional public-funded normal university students,the quality of their cultivation plays a key role in the quality of rural education in the future.Taking the major of chemistry in Hengyang Normal University as an example,through the analysis of the characteristics of students,faculty building,curriculum design and so on,to cultivate directional public-funded normal university students with high quality,some suggestions were put forward.
