摘　　要：随着人工智能在医疗行业的飞速发展,其技术已广泛应用到医疗领域的各个方面,培养适应智能化医疗时代的新医科人才刻不容缓。梳理了人工智能在医学实践与医学人才培养中的应用,结合中国医学人工智能应用现状,分析了中国目前医学专业技能培养的问题和人工智能在医学人才培养过程中可能面临的伦理挑战,为人工智能在医学人才专业技能与伦理素质培养的应用提供启发。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in the medical industry, its technology has been widely applied to all aspects of the medical field, and it is urgent to train new medical talents to adapt to the era of intelligent medical treatment. This paper reviewed the artificial intelligence application in the medical practice and medical talent training.Combined with the application status of medical artificial intelligence in China, this paper analyzed the current problems in the training of medical professional skills in China and the ethical challenges that artificial intelligence may face in the training of medical talents, so as to provide enlightenment for the application of artificial intelligence in the cultivation of professional skills and ethical qualities of medical talents.
