摘 要:目的对临床护士的医院伦理氛围感知现状进行调查分析,分析其影响因素,提出相应的提升策略。方法采用护士医院伦理氛围感知量表,方便抽选西安市某三甲医院480名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士医院伦理氛围感知量表得分(98.35±12.07)分,均分为(3.93±0.48)分;不同科室、工作强度、收入满意程度的护士医院伦理氛围感知量表得分有显著性差异(P<0.001),多因素线性回归显示这三者是护士医院伦理氛围感知的影响因素,变异的解释程度为29.2%(F=26.829,P<0.001)。结论护士的医院伦理氛围感知处于中等偏上水平,注重人文关怀氛围的建立、减轻护士工作强度、提高护士收入满意程度可以提高护士的医院伦理氛围感知水平。Objective: To investigate and analyze the status quo andinfluencing factorsof hospital ethical atmosphere perception of clinical nurses, and put forward corresponding promotion strategies.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 480 nurses in a Three-A Hospital in Xi’an by using the Hospital Ethical Climate Survey.Results:The score of nurses’ hospital ethical climateperception scale was(98.35±12.07), with an average score of(3.93±0.48). There were significant differences in the scores of nurse hospital ethical climate perception scale among different departments, work intensity and income satisfaction(P<0.001). Multivariate linear regression showed that these three factors were the influencing factors of nurses’ hospital ethical climate perception, and the explanation degree of variation was 29.2%(F=26.829,P<0.001).Conclusion:Nurses’ perception of hospital ethical climate is on the upper middle level. It can improve nurses’ perception of hospital ethical climate by focusing on the establishment of humanistic care atmosphere, reducing nurses’ work intensity and improving their income satisfaction.
