摘  要:目的:了解安徽省手术室护士离职意愿现状及影响因素,为制定稳定手术室护理队伍的策略提供参考依据。方法:2019年6月至7月,采用便利抽样法选取安徽省277名手术室护士为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、离职意愿、护士工作幸福感量表和心理健康量表进行问卷调查。结果:手术室护士离职意愿得分为(14.94±3.37)分,相关性分析显示:离职意愿与工作幸福感呈显著负相关,与心理健康呈显著正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,每天下班时间、每周值夜班情况、是否发生过针刺伤、锐器伤等职业暴露是手术室护士离职意愿的影响因素。结论:手术室护士具有很高的离职意愿,护理管理者应改善执业环境,增强护士的心理健康,提高工作幸福感,以降低手术室护士的离职意愿。Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the turnover intention of nurses in the operating room in Anhui Province, and to provide reference for the strategy of establishing stable operating room nursing team.Methods: From Jun to Jul 2019, 277 nurses in the operating room in Anhui province were selected by convenient sampling method,and questionnaires were conducted using general data questionnaire, turnover intention scale, nurse occupational well-being questionnaire and general health queationnaire(GHQ-12). Results: The turnover intention score of nurses in the operating room was(14.94±3.37). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between turnover intention and occupational well-being, and a significant positive correlation with mental health. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that daily work hours,weekly night shifts, occupational exposures such as needle stick injuries and sharp injuries were the influencing factors of the turnover intention. Conclusions: Nurses in the operating room have a high turnover intention. The nursing manager should improve the working environment and improve the mental health and occupational well-being of nurses to reduce the turnover intention in the operating room.
