摘  要:目的:了解基于微信平台的医学统计学翻转课堂的教学效果。方法:将教学视频、测试试题等教学资源,搭建于微信公众平台。将课程内容分为数值变量与分类变量2部分,采用交叉设计,选择2个自然班,每班各60人进行翻转课堂与传统课堂教学,并比较教学效果。采用自制问卷进行翻转课堂满意度评价。结果:组间比较,采用翻转课堂的数值变量和分类变量相关章节考试得分均高于对应的传统课堂(P<0.01);学生对翻转课堂总体满意度较高。结论:基于微信公众平台为载体的医学统计学翻转课堂,相对于传统课堂教学具有较好的教学效果,可以推广。Objective: To explore the teaching effect of medical statistics flipped classroom based on WeChat platform. Methods:Teaching resources such as teaching videos and test questions were built on the WeChat public platform. The content of the course was divided into two parts: numerical variables and categorical variables. The 2×2 crossover design was used to transform the flipped classroom and traditional classroom teaching for two natural classes, each has 60 students, and the teaching effects were compared.Self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of flipped classroom. Results: The scores of the relevant chapters of numerical variables and categorical variables in the flipped classroom were significantly higher than those in the traditional classroom(P<0.01). Students had higher overall satisfaction with flipped classroom. Conclusions: Medical statistics flipped classroom based on WeChat platform has better teaching effect than traditional classroom and can be promoted.
