摘 要:目的:采用PBL教学模式对硕士研究生部队卫生统计学科目进行授课并分析结果。方法:整群抽样我院2017级和2018级硕士研究生,分为PBL组和对照组,比较2组学员的科目成绩、教学模式满意度和学习能力的培养。结果:2组学员笔试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PBL组学员在分析文献和总成绩方面高于对照组(P<0.05),对课程设计的满意度和学习能力的培养也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的讲授式授课方式相比,PBL教学模式有助于提高研究生对部队卫生统计学课程的学习效果。Objective: To evaluate the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL) method for military health statistics course of graduate students in a military academy. Methods: Graduate students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 were selected under cluster sampling from a military academy, and then divided into the PBL group and control group. The examination score, degree of satisfaction and cultivation of learning ability were compared between the two groups. Result: The literature analysis score and total score of PBL group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05), and the same results were also shown in the degree of satisfaction and the cultivation of learning ability(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with traditional teaching method, PBL can effectively increase the teaching quality of military health statistics of graduate students.
