摘 要:目的:探讨儿科新护士主观幸福感的影响因素及情绪管理的运用效果。方法:对80名儿科新护士采用总体幸福感量表进行调查,评估所有护士的总体幸福感,并针对新护士予以情绪管理,分析儿科新护士主观幸福感的影响因素,比较干预前后护士幸福感得分。结果:80名儿科新护士的总体幸福感得分为(70.12±8.17)分;已婚护士幸福感得分显著高于未婚护士(P<0.01),性格外向型护士幸福感得分显著高于内向及中性性格者(P<0.01),对工作态度持喜欢态度的护士幸福感得分显著更高(P<0.01),家属对护士工作支持度更高的幸福感得分越高(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、护士工作态度及家属对工作的支持是影响儿科新护士主观幸福感的重要因素(P<0.01);干预后儿科新护士的健康担忧、精力、生活的满足与兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、情感与行为的控制、松弛与紧张幸福感得分均显著高于干预前(P<0.01)。结论:儿科新护士的幸福感处于中等水平,其中婚姻状况、工作态度及家属对工作的支持等方面均会影响护士的幸福感,而情绪管理能够有效提高幸福感。Objective:To explore the application effect of influencing factors of subjective well-being and emotional management for new nurses in pediatric.Methods:A total of 80 new pediatric nurses were investigated with the general well-being scale,and the general well-being of all nurses was evaluated.Emotional management was conducted for the new nurses,and the influencing factors of the subjective well-being of the new pediatric nurses were analyzed.The well-being scores of the nurses before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The total well-being score of 80 new pediatric nurses was(70.12±8.17).The well-being score of the married nurses was significantly higher than that of the unmarried nurses(P<0.01),the well-being score of the extroverted nurses was significantly higher than that of the introverted and neutral nurses(P<0.01),the well-being score of the nurses with a favorable attitude towards work was significantly higher(P<0.01),and the well-being score of the nurses with a higher family support degree for their work was higher(P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that marital status,work attitude of nurses and family members′support for work were important factors affecting subjective well-being of new pediatric nurses(P<0.01).The scores of health concern,energy,life satisfaction and interest,melancholy or happy mood,emotional and behavioral control,relaxation and tension happiness of the new pediatric nurses after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The well-being of new pediatric nurses is in the middle level,among which marital status,work attitude and family support for work will affect the well-being of nurses,and emotional management can effectively improve the happiness.
