摘  要:医院品管圈内训师的岗位胜任力对患者安全文化建设与医院内训工作有着重要影响。以岗位胜任力为导向,围绕医院品管圈内训师课程设计要点展开研究,构建了包含通用胜任能力、专业胜任能力、核心胜任能力在内的14项、72类胜任力要素框架,并从团队模拟、工具实操、优秀案例赏析、主题点试讲等方面进行实践,促进了内训师队伍建设朝专业化、卓越化方向发展,更好地确保了医院品管圈活动的开展。The post competency of the internal trainer in the hospital quality control circle(QCC)has an important impact on the construction of patient safety culture and the internal training work of the hospital.Through the guidance of post competence,the curriculum design for internal trainer in hospital QCC was studied.It built 14 items and 72 classes competency elements framework which included general competencies,professional competence,core competencies,etc.,and from the team,tools in field,good example appreciation teaching demonstration,themes,points,etc.Furthermore,practice was performed from aspects of team simulation,tool practice,excellent case appreciation,and theme presentation,which promoted the development of internal trainer team towards specialization and excellence,and better ensured the development of hospital QCC activities.
