摘　　要：仪器设备是从事科学基础研究的重要手段,在高校教学质量和研究能力提高方面发挥着至关重要的作用.目前国内文献集中于2个主要内容的研究:①科研仪器设备管理现状及其主要存在的问题;②提高科研设备管理水平的措施.重点围绕这2个主要内容将现有文献分为管理机制、购置管理、技术队伍管理、维修管理以及仪器设备开放共享5个方面进行总结和评述,从而为我国高校科研仪器设备的管理工作提供借鉴.Instruments and equipment used in scientific research are important means,and play crucial roles in improving teaching quality and research ability in colleges and universities.At present,domestic literature focuses on two main contents of the study:first,the current situation of scientific research equipment management and the main problems existed;second,measures to improve the management level of scientific research equipment.This paper mainly revolves around the two existing problems,and divides literature into five aspects,i.e.,purchase management,technical team management,maintenance management,resource sharing and open management mechanism to summarize and review them.It may provide references for instruments and equipment management used in scientific research in colleges and universities.
