摘 要:MES模式突出按需施教、学用一致的教育教学模式,可实现与就业岗位无缝对接,符合当今职业教育培养大国工匠的理念。在此基础上,结合“车身修复”课程的专业性和实践性强的特点,有针对性的探索了以模块式课程、信息化教学、岗位性实操、信息化教学评价为特点的I-MES模式来探索“车身修复”课程教学改革。该教学改革打破了传统专业课教学模式,在提高学生职业行动能力、自主学习能力、实训效率以及团队合作精神等方面取得显著效果。The MES model highlights the teaching and learning model of teaching on demand and learning,which can achieve seam less connection with employment,in line with the concept of today's vocational education to cultivate great craftsmen.On this ba sis,combined with the professional and practical characteristics of the"body repair"course,I oriented exploration of the modular course,information teaching,practical nature of the post,information teaching evaluation I-MES mode to explore the teaching re form of the"body repair"course.The teaching reform has broken the traditional professional teaching mode and achieved remark able results in improving students'professional action ability,self-learning ability,training efficiency and teamwork spirit.
