摘　　要：当前高职院校顶岗实习学生党建工作面临诸多问题,已成为高职院校学生党建工作的薄弱点和难点。对顶岗实习学生党员存在问题进行分析,提出了从建立校企联动党建机制、健全顶岗实习学生党建制度、依托网络资源搭建党建工作平台三个方面,加强和改进顶岗实习学生党建工作的方法和机制。Currently,the Party building of the internship students faces many problems,which has become the weak point and difficulty of the Party building in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems of the Party members of the internship students.The methods and mechanisms for strengthening and improving the Party building work of the internship students are put forward from three aspects:establishing the college-enterprise linkage Party building mechanism,improving the party building system of the internship students and setting up the Party building work platform through the network resources.
