摘 要:基于利益相关理论,首先明确了我国职业院校在现代学徒制试点工作中所涉及的利益相关主体,其次运用矩阵模型分析核心利益相关者的投入与收益,并以此为依据探索现代学徒制实施中出现利益不平衡和利益冲突的原因,最后提出为推进现代学徒制的顺利进行,贯彻产教融合、校企共育的方针,就要构建利益平衡机制,保障企业在现代学徒制中收支的平衡,实现现代学徒制中校企利益的平衡,解决现代学徒制中企业与学生的冲突。Based on the theory of interest related,this paper first clarifies the stakeholders involved in the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges in China,then analyzes the input and income of the core stakeholders by using the matrix model,and explores the reasons for the imbalance and conflict of interest in the implementation of modern apprenticeship.Based on this,this paper explores the causes of the imbalance and conflict of interest in the process of the implementation of modern apprenticeship.Finally,in order to carry out the policy of integration of production and education,and education by school and enterprise,we should build a mechanism of interest balance,ensure the balance of income and expenditure of enterprises in modern apprenticeship,realize the balance of interests of school and enterprise in modern apprenticeship,and solve the conflict between enterprises and students in modern apprenticeship.
