摘　　要：目的落实麻醉专业质控指标采集,提高麻醉质控质量。方法以麻醉专业质控指标为指导,联合问题式学习(PBL)和临床病例为基础的教学(CBL)模式,收集我院2017-01/2019-06期间的质控指标相关数据,以质控指标为观察指标,一季度为一周期,采用时间序列统计分析方法,观察质控指标的变化趋势。结果在结构指标基本保持稳定的基础上,过程及结果指标随时间呈下降趋势,麻醉质控指标呈改善趋势,科室人员参与率、讨论意见和建议执行率明显提高。结论通过以质控指标为导向,结合PBL和CBL方法,可有效的改善质控方法,提高基层医院麻醉科的质控质量及科室人员质控参与率、讨论意见和建议执行率。Objective To collect anesthesia quality control indicators and improve the quality of anesthesia management. MethodsUnder the guidance of anesthesia quality control indicators, which were combined with PBL and CBL teaching modes, relevant data of quality control indicators from January 2017 to June 2019, in Dazhu County People’s Hospital, were collected. Quality control indicators were observed with a cycling period of one quarter. The variation tendencies of observed indicators were analyzed through time series statistical analysis method. Results On the basis of the basically maintained stability of structural indicators, the process and outcome indicators showed a downward trend along with time change, and the anesthesia quality control indicators have been improved. The participation rate of the staff of the department, the active participation in discussions and the implementation rate of rational proposals have been significantly improved. Conclusion Through the guidance of quality control indicators, combined with PBL and CBL teaching modes, quality control methods can be effectively improved. Meanwhile the management level of quality control, the quality control participation rate of the department staff, the active participation in discussions and the implementation rate of rational proposals can be improved.
