生存论视域的工程风险与分配正义分析

摘　　要：工程风险问题关乎人类社会生存,是工程哲学必须关注的现实问题。生存论视域工程风险的界定是分析工程风险分配正义问题的逻辑基础。工程风险分配正义的基本逻辑首先呈现为经济学维度的“资本逻辑”和伦理学维度的“责任逻辑”,这两种工程风险分配正义的逻辑既有其历史必然性,也有其历史局限性,“生存逻辑”的工程风险分配正义是对“资本逻辑”和“责任逻辑”局限性的克服。“生存逻辑”工程风险分配正义的实现主要依靠正义理念、制度正义和程序正义三位一体的共同发挥作用。Engineering risk concerns the existence of human society,and it is a realistic problem that must be paid attention to.The definition of engineering risk from the perspective of existentialism is the logical basis for analyzing the justice of engineering risk distribution.The basic logic of the justice of engineering risk distribution is firstly presented as the“capital logic”in the economic dimension and the“responsibility logic”in the ethical dimension.The two kinds of logic of the justice of engineering risk distribution have their historical inevitability and limitations.The“exist logic”of the justice of engineering risk distribution overcomes the limitations of“capital logic”and“responsibility logic”.The realization of“exist logic”in the justice of engineering risk distribution mainly depends on the trinity of the idea“justice”,system justice and procedural justice.
