基于互联网的扶贫顶岗实习支教管理模式研究

摘　　要：扶贫顶岗实习支教是忻州师范学院在1997年率先探索实践的一种集教育扶贫、顶岗置换、教学实习、学生支教于一体的师范生培养模式。实施20年来社会环境发了巨大的变化,针对新形势下顶岗支教过程中存在的一些问题,结合信息技术的发展,文章提出了基于网络管理平台等先进技术的顶岗支教模式改革探索,分别从岗前培训、双选系统、在岗管理、教学资源库建设、交流互动等方面进行阐述,分析表明:采用网络管理平台优势明显,可以有效解决顶岗支教中的问题,学生老师学校都能从中受益,有利于顶岗支教工作更好的开展。The alleviation replacement teaching practice is a training model of normal students,which is first explored and practiced in 1997 by xin zhou teachers university. It integrates education and poverty alleviation,branch teaching and teaching practice. As the social environment has changed dramatically in the past 20 years,the exploration of the practice mode reform has been put forward based on the network management platform,in view of the problems existing in the process of new practice and the development of information technology. It is described from the pre-job training,dual system,teaching resources construction,interaction etc. The results show that the advantages of the network management platform are obviously. It effectively solves the problems in the alleviation replacement teaching practice. Students,teachers and schools can benefit from it,which is conducive to the better development of the alleviation replacement teaching practice.
