摘　　要：实施混合式教学提升护理人才的综合能力,采用量表调查学生的评判性思维,并与一年前的调查结果进行比较.结果表明,不同年级的学生在评判性思维方面有差异(P<0.05).完善混合式教学,提升学生的综合能力,培养社会需要的护理人才.Blended teaching is implemented to enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing talents.A scale is used to investigate the students’critical thinking and the results have been compared with those of a year ago.The results show the statistically significant difference among students of different grades in critical thinking dispositions(P<0.05).It is imperative to perfect blended learning,develop students’comprehensive ability so as to cultivate nursing talents needed by the society.
