农村成人休闲教育实施主体研究——基于2018年国家政策的文本分析

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的政策背景下,利用文本分析法对2018年中央政策文件中涉及休闲教育的部分进行研究,提炼出与农村成人休闲教育相关的实施主体,即政府及公共组织、文化及文艺组织、媒体组织、社会组织、教育组织、农村组织,分析农村成人休闲教育实施主体的政策零散性是其独特之处、多元化是其重要特点、协同化是其未来趋势的特征,从而为农村成人休闲教育理论框架的构建提供一定的政策方向导引。In the background of policy for rural revitalization strategy,this paper uses text analysis method to study the part of the central policy document concerning leisure education in 2018,and extracts the implementation subjects related to adult leisure education in rural areas,namely government and public organizations,cultural and literary organizations,media organizations,social organizations,educational and rural organizations.It analyzes the policy fragmentation of the subject of rural adult leisure education as its unique feature,diversification as its important feature,and synergy as its future trend so as to provide a certain policy direction for the construction of the theoretical framework of rural adult leisure education.
