摘  要:转基因技术在全球范围内引起了极大的关注,转基因成分,尤其是转基因作物,关乎人体健康和生态环境,备受世人关注,并且引发了一系列伦理道德问题,因此对于转基因成分的检测极其重要。本文从"功能核酸"与"生物传感器"的概念出发,重新认知、归纳、总结了基于分子扩增技术的转基因功能核酸生物传感器、基于不同信号输出方式的转基因成分功能核酸生物传感器和基于纳米材料的转基因成分功能核酸生物传感器。最后,对转基因成分检测的未来发展面临的挑战和趋势做出了展望。本文有助于推动转基因检测技术与功能核酸传感学科的发展。The transgenic technology has been concerned greatly by people all over the world nowadays.Genetically modified organisms(GMOs),especially the GM crops have caused several controversial issues,including health problems, ecological environmental risks and even ethical concerns. From the perspective of‘Functional Nucleic Acid’ and ‘Biosensors’, this review summarized molecular amplification techniques,different ways of signal output and nanomaterials-based functional nucleic acid biosensors for detection of genetically modified ingredients. Finally, the challenges and trends in the future development of genetically modified components’ detection are prospected. This review will be helpful for promoting the development of test techniques for GMOs and the progress of functional nucleic acid-based biosening disciplines.
