摘  要:采用分光光度法对罗汉果花醇提物进行成分分析,采用4种方法对其抗氧化性进行评价,并探讨其对α-淀粉酶的抑制作用。结果表明:罗汉果花醇提物中多酚含量46.81 mg GAE/gFDW(Gallic AcidEquivalent,GAE;FreezeDrying Weight,FDW)、黄酮含量69.22mgRE/gFDW(RutinEquivalent,RE)、黄酮醇含量58.37mgRE/gFDW、黄烷醇含量24.25mgCE/g FDW(Catechin Equivalent,CE)、酚酸含量36.33 mg GAE/g FDW;通过测定铁离子还原抗氧化能力、清除DPPH自由基能力、总还原力和总抗氧化力,得出罗汉果花醇提物具有较强的抗氧化活性;罗汉果花醇提物抑制α-淀粉酶的IC50值为2.30 mg/mL,表明其具有高效的降血糖活性。The composition of the ethanol extract of Siraitia grosvenorii flower was analyzed by spectrophotometer. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by four methods, and the inhibition of α-amylase was discussed. The results showed that the polyphenol content in the extract of Siraitia grosvenorii flower was 46.81 mg GAE/g FDW, flavonoid content 69.22 mg RE/g FDW, flavonol content 58.37 mg RE/g FDW, flavanol content 24.25 mg CE/g FDW, phenolic acid content 36.33 mg GAE/g FDW. Ferric reducing antioxidant power, DPPH radical scavenging assay, reducing power assay and total antioxidant capacity showed that the ethanol extract of Siraitia grosvenorii flower had strong antioxidant activity. The IC50 value of the ethanol extract of Siraitia grosvenorii flower inhibited α-amylase was 2.30 mg/mL, indicating that it has an effective hypoglycemic activity.
