摘 要:龋病是一种牙体硬组织发生的细菌感染性的慢性进行性破坏的一种疾病.龋病的治疗方法有许多种,如药物治疗、再矿化治疗、窝沟封闭及窝洞充填术.治疗早期龋的主要方法是再矿化治疗,目前研究出许多再矿化制剂,氟及氟化物作为常用的再矿化制剂被大家所公认,但应用有一定的局限性.近几年也有许多研究非氟再矿化制剂,但其再矿化效果弱于氟及氟化物,后来有些学者提出非氟再矿化制剂与氟化物联和使用.本研究对近年来非氟再矿化制剂与氟及氟化物的联合使用研究进展及应用进行综述.Dental caries is a disease of chronic progressive destruction of bacterial infection occurring in hard tissues of teeth.There are many treatments for caries,such as drug therapy,remineralization therapy,pit and fissure sealing and cavity filling.The main method to treat early caries is remineralization treatment.At present,many remineralization preparations have been studied.Fluoride and fluor-complex are generally recognized as remineralization preparations,but their application is limited.In recent years,many non-fluorine remineralization preparations have been studied,but the effect of non-fluorine remineralization is weaker than that of fluorine and fluor-complex.In this paper,the research progress and application of nonfluorine remineralization preparations combined with fluorine and fluor-complex in recent years are reviewed.
