摘　　要：高职院校开展内部质量保证体系建设的目的是要持续提高人才培养质量,增强学院服务经济社会发展的能力。学院通过建设,完善内部质量保证体系;建立常态化的诊改工作机制;提升专业建设水平与人才培养质量;建立诊改数据监测与管理平台和教学质量监控平台;建立持续诊改机制,不断提升办学质量。The purpose of developing internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is to continuously improve the quality of personnel training and enhance the ability of colleges to serve economic and social development. Through construction, the college has improved its internal quality assurance system;established a normalized diagnosis and reform work mechanism;improved the level of professional construction and the quality of personnel training;established a monitoring and management platform for diagnosis data and a teaching quality monitoring platform;established a continuous diagnosis and reform mechanism to continuously improve the quality of running schools.
