摘  要:以通过特异性鉴定的12个平菇品种为材料,以生产中大面积栽培品种(黑抗650)为对照,在全省6个地区开展发酵料栽培试验,检验参试菌株的丰产性、稳产性、商品性、抗病性、适应性,筛选出3个适宜发酵料栽培的黑色平菇优良品种P12、P08、P05。3个品种在超过半数的试验点内较对照品种增产3%以上。此外,品种P05短柄,而品种P12有柄、较硬,菌丝生长期间杂菌感染率低于对照,生长期间无黄枯病发生。In this paper,12 varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus,which had been tested by specific identification,were used as research object.A cultivar named Heikang 650,which are planted in large area,were used as the control.Fermentation material cultivation experiments of the tested varieties were carried out in 6 regions of Henan province to test the fertile capability,yield stability,commodity nature,disease resistance,adaptation of the tested varieties.As the result,3 black high quality strains suitable for fermentation material cultivation were selected,which named P12,P08 and P05.Compared with control variety,the biological efficiency of the 3 varieties increased by 3%in over half of the tested areas.What’s more,variety P05 owned short stalk,but variety P12 had hard stalk,the infection rate of infectious microbe in mycelium growth period was lower than that in control and no yellow blight occurred during the growth period.
