摘　　要：大数据技术的出现极大地影响了社会各个领域的发展,在政府机关、营销管理、医疗卫生、金融经济等不同行业的应用,为不同行业管理者制定正确的发展决策提供了重要依据,极大地推动了这些行业的发展。大数据人才指从事大数据开发、分析、运营、维护及安全等工作的专业人才。高职院校要从学生实际情况出发,并与大数据岗位需求相结合,制定科学、合理的大数据人才培养方案。文章对此进行了分析。The emergence of big data technology has greatly affected the development of various fields of society. The application of big data technology in different industries, such as government agencies, marketing management, medical and health care, financial economy and so on, provides an important basis for making correct development decisions for different industries and greatly promotes the development of these industries. Big data talents refer to professional talents engaged in big data development, analysis, operation, maintenance and security. Higher vocational colleges should proceed from the actual situation of students and combine with the needs of big data posts to formulate a scientific and reasonable training program for big data talents. This paper analysis it.
