摘 要:对新高考综合改革试点上海市2017届高三学生的问卷调查发现,新高考改革目标基本达成,但也遭遇诸多问题。其中,大多数考生能自主选择等级考试科目,但功利选考问题较突出;综合素质评价能真实客观地反映学生状况,但存在招生录取的“软挂钩”与操作“繁琐”问题;“院校专业组”志愿填报利于考生志愿选择,但考生志愿选报顺序依然是先高校再专业;面对新高考变化,考生可以自主安排学习计划,但是存在多次考试增加考试压力与负担问题;等级计分缓解了分分计较,但引发的“不公平”或“吃亏”现象较为严重。建议高中加强生涯规划教育,有效指导学生选科;遵循“教考一致”原则,深化招生考试内容改革;加强等级计分的科学性与公平性研究,健全分数校准或选考科目保障机制;高校加强招生能力建设,在招生中真正发挥“综合素质评价”的“参考作用”。Through the questionnaire survey to the 2017 senior high school students in Shanghai,it is found that the reform goal of the new college entrance examination has been basically achieved,but some urgent problems need to be solved.Among them,most students can choose the subject of selective examination independently,but utilitarian tendency is prominent;the comprehensive quality assessment can truly reflect the quality of students,but there are“soft link”and“tedious”in operation;“college major group”is beneficial to the students’application for major,but they give priority to the type of university and then to the major;students can arrange their study plan independently,but the pressure and burden of examination is increased;grade scoring mitigates the pressure of the score,but“unfair”or“losing”caused by grade scoring is more serious.It is suggested that senior high school should strengthen the education of career planning and effectively guide students to select subjects,follow the principle of“consistency of teaching and examination”and deepen the reform of the contents of enrollment examination,strengthen the research on the scientificalness and fairness of grade scoring and improve the guarantee mechanism of scoring calibration and subject selection;colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of enrollment ability and really play the“reference role”of the“comprehensive quality assessment”in enrollment.
