摘  要:目的:通过探讨民族地区民营医院发展实践与困境,提出相关对策,优化民营医院发展路径,促进新时代民族地区的医疗供给侧改革。方法:通过对比分析的方法,对民族地区8个省区的民营医院发展实践进行分析。结果:民族地区民营医院当前发展的制约因素主要是地方经济发展水平较低、医院能力价值不足与人才匮乏。结论:需深度结合民族地区民营医院的特点,以价值为导向,从供给侧发力,通过寻求主流价值、助力分级诊疗和健康扶贫等重大问题、加大人才队伍建设、建立透明的监管体系和退出机制等措施,促进民族地区医疗卫生资源的合理布局。Objective To explore the development practice and predicament of private hospitals in ethnic areas,propose relevant countermeasures.Methods Through the method of comparative analysis,the development practice of private hospitals in 8 provinces and regions in ethnic areas was analyzed.Results The main factors restricting the current development of private hospitals in ethnic areas are the low level of local economic development,the lack of hospital capacity and the lack of talents.Conclusion Based on the characteristics of private hospitals in ethnic areas,it is necessary to promote the rational distribution of medical and health resources in ethnic areas by seeking mainstream values,assisting graded diagnosis and treatment,health poverty alleviation and other major issues,increasing the construction of talents,establishing a transparent supervision system and exit mechanism.
