摘　　要：应急救援临时团队合作绩效会直接影响救援效率与效果。在界定应急救援临时团队概念的基础上,从救援大团队中的小团队功能与所属地域两个维度将应急救援临时团队分成四类。分析应急救援临时团队在执行任务时可能面对的问题以及造成的后果,从团队成员选择、跨团队协作、新型沟通模式建立等方面,提出提升应急救援临时团队合作绩效的可能路径。The emergency rescue efficiency and effectiveness were dependent on the cooperation among emergency rescue temporary teams.After defining the concept of emergency rescue temporary teams,these teams are divided into four categories according to the functions and the geographic dimensions of the small groups in it.This paper also analyzes the problems and the consequences that emergency rescue temporary teams may face in task and proposes some possible ways of improving the team’s cooperation performance in terms of member selection,cooperation between different teams and new communication model.
