大学生创业意愿影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：以芜湖市七所高校600名大学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法获取大学生创业意愿相关数据。研究发现,大学生创业意愿整体处于较高水平,大学生的年级、学科、生源地等因素与创业意愿不相关,男女性别和内外型性格在创业意愿上存在显著差异;创业经历、创业兴趣、创业活动、创业培训等创业自我认知特征,家庭支持、亲朋好友创业以及学校创业教育水平、形式、次数等因素与创业意愿存在正相关。为此提出激励和引导大学生创业的对策。With 600 college students from seven universities in Wuhu city as respondents,questionnaire survey is adopted to gather the data concerning entrepreneurial intention of college students.The study reveals that the entrepreneurial intention of college students is generally at a high level,regardless of their grade,discipline and place of origin.However,there are significant differences in entrepreneurial intention between male and female college students,and between introverted and extroverted college students.Factors ranging from entrepreneurial experience,entrepreneurial interest,entrepreneurial activities,entrepreneurial training and other self-cognitive characteristics,to family support,the influence from friends and relatives who have started their own business,and the level,form and times of entrepreneurial education from the school are positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention.In view of that,certain strategies are then provided to encourage and guide entrepreneurial activities for college students.
