“广泛撒网”还是“重点培养”?资源配置与创新绩效:行业和依托单位的调节效应

摘　　要：本文以国家工程技术研究中心(CNERCs)的数据为研究样本,探讨了资源分配策略的三个重要维度:宽度、选择度和多样性对渐进性创新和突破性创新的影响;并检验了行业和依托单位的差异性调节效应。结果表明:宽度对渐进性创新绩效存在显著正向影响,选择度对渐进性和突破性创新绩效均无显著影响,多样性对渐进性和突破性创新绩效都有正向显著影响;依托教研组织的资金宽度与渐进性创新之间的正向关系更强,稳定型行业的多样性与渐进性创新之间的正向关系更强。本文建议组织在既定资源有限的情况下,应尽可能支持更多的创新项目并尽量保持研究类型多样性;根据行业与依托单位的不同类型进行有侧重的资源配置将促进渐进性创新。We use Chinese National Engineering Research Centers(CNERCs)as sample to explore the impact of resource allocation strategy on incremental innovation and radical innovation,and the moderating effects of industry and support organization.The results show that breadth has a positive impact on incremental innovation performance and selectiveness has no significant effect on both incremental and radical innovation.And,diversity has a positive effect on two of both.If the support organizations are university and institute,the positive relationship between breadth-expenditure and incremental innovation is stronger.And the positive relationship between diversity and incremental innovation of the stable industry is stronger.The conclusions suggest that the organizations should support more innovation projects and keep the diversity of research type.In addition,the allocation of resources should accord to different types of industries and support organization,which will promote incremental innovation.
