摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础(PBL)联合信息网络平台的教学模式在住院医师规范化培训心电图学教学中的应用及效果。方法选取2017年7月-2018年6月间在本院心电图室进行住院医师规范化培训的住院医师80人作为研究对象,随机分为研究组38人和对照组42人。对照组单独采用PBL教学方法,研究组采用PBL联合信息网络平台的教学模式,以理论考试、心电图判读及满意度调查方式,评估两组的教学效果。结果研究组住院医师在课堂效果、学习兴趣方面高于对照组;研究组理论知识考核,心电图判读考核优秀率均高于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论 PBL联合信息网络平台的教学模式能够有效地提高规培医师的心电图学习效果。Objective To explore the application and effect of the teaching mode of PBL combined information network platform in electrocardiography teaching of standardized training for resident physicians. Methods From July 2017 to June 2018, 80 residents who received standardized resident training in the electrocardiogram room of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into 38 residents in the research group and 42 residents in the control group. The control group used PBL teaching method alone, and the research group used the teaching mode of PBL combined information network platform to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups by theoretical examination, ECG interpretation and satisfaction survey. Results Residents in the study group had higher classroom effect and learning interest than those in the control group. The theoretical knowledge assessment of the study group and the excellent rate of ECG interpretation assessment were both higher than those of the control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion The teaching mode of PBL combined with information network platform can effectively improve the electrocardiogram learning effect of the training physicians.
