规培师资培训的现状与思考

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训作为医学毕业生成长为合格临床医生的必经之路,其已在全国范围内有条不紊的开展起来。上海长征医院是全国、全上海最早的住院医师规范化培训基地之一。历经多年的规培实践教学,笔者发现,规培结业出站学员实际临床能力参差不齐。究其原因,笔者认为规培带教师资教学能力高低是影响规培生受训质量的重要因素。文章拟首先通过查阅国内规培生师资培训相关文献进行思考、分析,再紧密结合医院规培师资培训实际情况进行深入的总结,最后基于目前住院医师规范化培训制度、内容与目标等方面要求,针对性的提出规培生师资培训的相关建议与意见。As the only way for medical graduates to become qualified clinicians.standardized training for resident physicians has been carried out in a systematic way throughout the country. Shanghai Changzheng Hospital is one of the earliest standardized training bases for resident doctors in Shanghai and China. After several years of practical teaching, we found that the actual clinical ability of the students is not uniform. The level of teaching ability is an important factor affecting the quality of training. In this paper, first of all, by consulting the relevant documents of teachers training in China, analyzing and summarizing the actual situation of teacher training in our hospital closely. Finally, based on the current standardized training system for resident physicians, the relevant suggestions and suggestions on teacher training are put forward.
