摘　　要：由于财务智能化的出现,高职院校原有的会计专业人才培养模式已不能适应新趋势,会计人才正从“管账型”向“管理型”转变。在人才培养现状分析的基础上,确定管理型会计人才的培养目标,提出大数据环境下管理型会计人才培养模式,即增加云财务知识内容、构建多元化课程体系、校企联合进行会计专业人才培养、创新考评机制、加强双师型队伍建设等策略,打造具备综合素质的会计人才。Because of intellectualized finance,the original mode of accountant talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges has failed to adapt for the new developing trend and the accountant talents are transforming themselves from“Type of Keeping account”to“Type of management”.Based on the analysis of present talent cultivation and the determination of cultivating target of managerial accountant talents,the cultivating mode of managerial accountants under the big data environment has been put forward,i.e.to create accountant talents with comprehensive quality by strategic means of introducing clouds financial knowledge,building a diversified curriculum system,joint cultivation of accountant talents by colleges and enterprise,innovative examination and appraising mechanism and construction of double-qualified teachers team,etc.
