摘　　要：针对目前航海类专业生源多样化的现状,分析了高职航海类专业生源多样化的原因和影响,提出了应对措施,通过加强管理,增强思政教育,改变教学模式,改革课程体系等,全面加强学生的能力培养,提升航海类院校高职人才的培养质量。Aiming at the current status of higher vocational maritime majors student diversification,the paper analyzes the causes and influences of the diversification of students. puts forward the corresponding measure,through strengthening management,Enhancing ideological education,changing teaching mode,Reforming the curriculum system,etc. Comprehensively strengthen the ability training of students and improve the quality of training of higher vocational talents in maritime colleges.
