交通高职教育产教融合难题与对策研究

摘　　要：针对交通高职教育产教融合存在与行业对接不紧密、体制机制不完善、"双主体"地位不突出等难题,以浙江交通职业技术学院为例,提出了要建设产教融合实训基地,创设产业学院,兴建应用技术协同创新中心,强化现代学徒制以培养交通高素质技术技能人才工匠精神,开办创业园等途径,以促进交通高职教育产教融合实现高质量发展。For the in transportation higher vocational education is not closely connected with the industry,the system and mechanism are not perfect,and the status of " dual subjects" is not prominent. For example,Zhejiang Institute of Communication,puts forward to build the integration production and education practice base,creates industry college,constructs application technology of collaborative innovation center,strengthens the modern apprenticeship to cultivate the spirit of transportation craftsmen of highly qualified technical skills,open the way such as pioneer park,higher vocational education so as to promote the transportation integration to achieve high quality education development.
