摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立70年来,在国家大政方针的指导下,农村基础教育经费投入政策历经中华人民共和国成立之初的统包统支,高度集中到统一领导,多费补充;从改革启程、经费来源多元转变到乡县投入、经费多元持续延展;从央地分项目、按比例承担到强调城乡基础教育均衡发展的中国农村基础教育经费投入政策变革之路。这一政策变迁脉络直接影响着中国农村基础教育的成长和发展,影响着中国乡村教育规模和质量,成就了农村教育的中国模式、中国速度和中国效益。In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,under the guidance of the national policy,the policy for the investment in rural basic education has undergone the changes from the unified and highly concentrated control over investment and expenditure to the centralized leadership and supplementation of more fees,from the outset of reform and diversified sources of funding to the investment from counties and townships and the continuous expansion of diversified funding,and from the central government subprojects undertaken in proportion to the rural basic education funding investment that emphasizes the balanced development of urban and rural basic education.This policy change has a direct impact on the growth and development of China's rural basic education,affecting the scale and quality of rural education in China and enabling the Chinese model,Chinese speed and Chinese efficiencyof rural education.
