摘 要:目前学位授权点评估常态化形势下,倒逼学位授予单位必须加强适应自身发展的自我评估。作为一项长期的系统工程,其核心是导师队伍建设。导师队伍建设能够保障学位授权点导师队伍结构与梯队建设,促进学位授权点学术质量提升,加强学位授权点可持续发展力培育。导师队伍建设包括优化导师队伍结构、加强教学科研支撑、提高研究生培养质量三方面内容。高校导师队伍建设应该集聚英才,重组导师队伍;争创一流,打造导师团队;双管齐下,全面提升竞争力。The normalized assessment of degree authorization centers impels degree conferring institutions to strengthen imperatively the self-evaluation adapted to their own development.As a long-term systematic project,its core is the construction of supervisor’s team.The construction of supervisor’s team can guarantee the structural and echeloned construction of supervisor’s team in degree authorization centers,promote the academic quality of degree authorization centers,and strengthen the cultivation of sustainable development ability of degree authorization centers.The construction of supervisor’s team includes such three aspects as optimizing the structure of supervisor’s team,strengthening the support of teaching and scientific research,and improving the quality of postgraduate training.In the construction of supervisor’s team,universities should gather talents,restructure the supervisor’s team,strive for first-class,build the supervisor’s team,and enhance the competitiveness in an all-round way.
