摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的成绩评定模式在留学生中医学教学中的可行性及应用效果。方法2014级留学生88人为对照组,2015级留学生65人为观察组。对照组采取终结性评价方式,观察组采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的评价方式,比较2组在考试成绩,考试通过率及分数段分布、试卷质量分析方面的差异。结果观察组期末总成绩(66.9±15.9)分高于对照组(61.9±12.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考试通过率76.9%高于对照组61.4%,且集中于70~90分区间人数多于对照组;试卷质量方面,观察组试卷难度系数(P)略高于对照组,试卷区分度(D)、信度(α)、效度(R)均较好。结论形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的成绩评定模式,有利于缓解留学生考试压力,增强学习中医的积极性,促进留学生学习能力和创新性思维的培养,真正实现“教学相长”的目标,是一种更适合留学生的成绩评定模式。Objective To explore the feasibility and application effect of the performance evaluation model combining formative evaluation with summative evaluation in TCM teaching for foreign students.Methods 88 students of grade 2014 were selected as the control group and 65 students of grade 2015 were selected as the observation group.In the control group,the summative evaluation method was carried out,and the observation group adopted the formative evaluation combined with the summative evaluation.The differences in test scores,test pass rate and score distribution,and test paper quality analysis between the two groups was compared.Results The total score of the observation group(66.9±15.9)was higher than that of the control group(61.9±12.3),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination pass rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(76.9%VS.61.4%).The number of students in the observation group was more than that in the control group and concentrated in the 70-90 sub-area.In terms of test paper quality,the difficulty coefficient(P)of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,and the discrimination(D),reliability(α)and validity(R)of the test paper were better.Conclusion The performance evaluation model combining formative evaluation with summative evaluation is helpful to alleviate the test pressure of foreign students,enhance the enthusiasm of learning Traditional Chinese Medicine,and promote their learning ability and innovation.The cultivation of creative thinking and the realization of the goal of"mutual benefit between teaching and learning"is a more suitable performance evaluation model for foreign students.
