摘　　要：文章主要是对通过带教规培医师的一些体会、感悟做一讨论,并提出个人建议;目的是为了使规培医师能够得到良好的培养,从而提高他们的临床及学术能力;让这些年轻有为的医者能够具备有深奥的学术理论,宽阔的学术思想,精湛的医疗技术,高尚的医疗道德来服务于广大患者和伟大的医学事业。Some teaching experiences of standardized training for resident physician and apperceptions is discussed in this paper,and some personal suggestions is put forward.The purpose is to improve the clinical and academic ability of the trained physicians.So that these young and promising doctors can have profound academic theory,broad academic thinking,superb medical technology,noble medical ethics to serve the vast number of patients and our great medical cause.
