摘　　要：随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们对人才的要求也在不断提升,"工匠精神"作为人才培养的重要内容之一,应将其合理渗透到高职院校实践育人中,促使学生养成良好的职业素养,为学生未来的发展奠定基础。With the rapid development of social economy, people’s requirements for talent are constantly improving.As one of the important contents of talent cultivation, the spirit of craftsmen should be reasonably infiltrated into the practical education of higher vocational colleges, so as to promote students to develop good professional attainments and lay a foundation for students’ future development.
