行业组织参与职业教育的困境与对策

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,行业组织对职业教育改革与发展的推动作用愈加明显,但与德国、美国、澳大利亚等国家相比,我国行业组织对职业教育的贡献率与增长值相对偏低,没有体现应有的价值、发挥应有的作用。对行业组织参与职业教育进行深入探究成为一项迫切解决的时代命题。研究行业组织参与职业教育的历史渊源及其发展困境,从完善行业组织的职能、建立健全法律体系以及构建相关长效机制等三个方面提出行业组织参与职业教育的对策。With the development of the social economy, industry organization is playing a more and more important role in promoting the reform and development of vocational education. However, compared with Germany, America, Australia and other countries, industry organization in our country provides a small contribution and increases slowly, without reflecting its value and playing its due role. Therefore the deep dives into industry organization participating in vocational education has become an urgent proposition of the era. This article studies the historical origin and the predicament of industry participating in vocational education and puts forward the proposal and the countermeasure from three aspects: perfecting the function of industry, establishing and perfecting the legal system and building a long-term mechanism.
