摘　　要：在新时代高等教育背景下,地方综合性高校的国家级实验教学示范中心如何对传统的教学方法进行改革将直接影响到人才的培养质量。物理实验教学中心以"重基础、提质量、求创新、促拔尖"为实验教学理念,建立了"1条主线、3个平台、5类教学、全面开放"的实践教学体系,设计讨论式、个性化的教学方式,建立基于网络支撑的全面开放教学。开发综合性、设计性和创新性实验项目及虚拟仿真实验和考试自动评测系统,推行学生自主实验教学,改革实验成绩考核方式。这些改革举措大大激发了学生的实验兴趣,提高了学生的实践能力,增强了学生的创新意识,为地方高水平综合性大学实践育人和拔尖人才培养探索了新的模式。Under the background of higher education in the new era,the reforms around traditional teaching methods for the national-level experiment teaching demonstration center in local comprehensive universities can directly affect the quality of talent training. The physics experiment teaching center of Nanchang University has carried out experimental teaching concept of " foundation,quality,innovation and tiptop",established a practical teaching system of " one mainline,three platforms,five types of teachings,and full openness",designed discussion-style,personalized teachings,established full open teachings based on network, developed comprehensive, design and innovative experimental projects,exploited virtual simulation experiments and automatic test system for experimental examination,implemented autonomic experimental teaching,and reformed experimental score assessment methods. These reforms have greatly stimulated students ’ experimental interest, improved students ’ practical ability, and enhanced students ’ sense of innovation. A new model has explored in this paper for the practice education and the top-notch talent training of local high-level comprehensive universities.
